I see your net has a floaty around it. Great idea! Is it also tied on? What equipment do you like to have ropes tied around connected to the kayak

Introductions / Mounts for poles/paddles/GPS
« on: August 18, 2018, 12:12:42 PM »
Hey Guys, my kayak comes with 4 built in rod holders, but I feel like buying ones that can mount on may be a better option. Any recommendations on mounted rod holders/brands/installation do's and dont's. Also any tips for keeping the paddles,GPS,net accessible without being in the way. Thanks guys!

What are everybody’s favorite pole mounts, paddle mounts, gps/fishfinder mounts, and other kayak  accessories for ease and organization on the kayak

Hey there! I am new to the forum b/c I am going to venture out into the ocean with my kayak. I plan on fishing for Halibut/lings/rockfish/etc. Looking for advice on best clothing/waders/undergarments as well as necessary safety gear and best tides for fishing the bays in NorCal. Probably going to start with going for Halibut in Tomales Bay. Thoughts and advice are appreciated!
