Right on, Fuzz!..... That's an awesome catch.  It's nice to have the option to cull and grade up to bigger crabs.
My buddy from WA state can't believe we Californian's have a 10 crab limit.  He said the limit in Oregon and WA only 5 or 6 crabs per person.

As I recall, aren't the crabs up there a bit larger?  I know the limit size is larger.

Was out there in my gray scupper pro for few hours, ended up with about 25 legals between 2 traps... graded to a solid 10.


Box traps, rockfish bait, bigger ones were to middle of cove ~45-50ft.
