What can I say for my 1st day on the water In a kayak. I think it's been about 6 years I have done some kayaking just no fishing. Can't paddle worth a dam anymore[emoji849]

Had a couple   Of take Downs but that was about it it was windy and choppy lots of seaweed this time of year.

I tell you these old scurpper pros are probably better suited for a lake,  I have been doing a lot of mountain biking these past 5 or 6 years maybe it's time to get a Hobie kayak,  There's something that I thought I would never say.[emoji2957].

DUANE!!!!!

Don't fall off those SC Pros!!  Lucky they're skinny you can dangle.  Fast boats, too!

Great to see you on the board, will be even better when you post your fish!

Your son is looking good!  You look about the same.....

After hanging up the paddle years ago I am back in the saddle will be fishing the next 2 weeks with my son while he is on leave from the military.

I rigged up a couple of scrupper pro kayaks I bought off a friend.
Not really sure how these things paddle they seem pretty narrow but I guess that they will do.

We will be mostly fishing halibut in the Bay but I'm also going to pop his cherry and take him out on the ocean.

I will be posting our trips if anyone wants to join.[emoji6]

I have a 2001 Forester EJ 25 did head gaskets at a hundred eight thousand I tell you what one of hardest head gasket jobs I've ever done pain in the ass I think it took me about 22 hours total lot of work I also had to do rear wheel bearings and front drive shafts .but I love this little car it always starts gas mileage is OK but not great has lots of horsepower but lacks in torque.
It has a hundred and thirty thousand on it now and runs like a sewing machine.

Yep more likely raccoons I go to work every morning at 530 and they're always hanging out in my front yard they don't even flinch when I come out the door. The only way to be sure if its cats is smell it nothing smells like cat shit.

I've been at the same job for 25 years hospital Dietary, it took me 12 years on that job just to become full time big tall ladder. But I worked other jobs while working part time started off at a auto body shop at 16 washing and sanding cars. Then a buddy of mine who runs a tree service ask me if I wanted to come work with him learn to climb trees did that for 14 years. But the hospital job by far was the best make 25.14 an hour to basically do kitchen work I get 5 weeks vacation a year 12 paid holidays but I absolutely hate going to work in the morning a kitchen is 95 degrees continuously   I think I will retire at the age of 60 with 38 years in the Union starting next year in March I will be in local 1020 the BART Union but it's still the same SEIU. Hope this all works out and my pension in there when the time comes.
