Process was similar to this on my Lowrance:

Hi Scotty,

When I added it to my Raymarine the 20 fathom line showed up in the saved tracks files. I clicked on it to add it into the chart.

I have a Lawrance Hook 2 that has a Navionics chip installed, and if I have time this weekend I will work on trying to add the 20 fathom line into it as well. I will let you know if I come up with a solution.

Hey Mark,

I'll be wanting to add this to Elite 4 so looking forward to what you come up with. I have pretty much no idea how to do this. Do you stick the chip in your phone transfer the information to it then put the chip back in your fish finder or what?

(the fence line is cool but a family of skunks patrols that area, and its lighted up by the restaurant next door)

I am booked at site 96 on the skunk trail and next to the restaurant. Maybe I need to change sites. Where are the good sites?
If you can get a site near a tree its a plus. Shade and potential wind break. Keep your cooler and bait sealed up or you may find an unwelcome visitor nosing in your stuff.

I left my soft sided bait cooler unzipper a few years back overnight. Woke up in the middle of the night and needed to pee, but when I unzipped the tent door I was looking down the barrel of the business end of a skunk balls deep in the frozen anchovies. Sucker took his time too  :smt044

"On a separate rod or make do when needed?"
You can use a dedicated rod/handline or use the same fishing rod if you add a swivel or quick disconnect clip to the end of the (1 ft short)  line that snell to the hook.
Got it!  @nooblife...I've never chased RCG snd the recent FOMO has caused a new fishery to open up in my freezer... :smt006 :smt007

I'm trying to imagine how this works.  I certainly want the simplest method.

Hook the fish in lower lip and lower it down with enough weight (1 - 5 lbs) depend on how big the fish is.  Yank/lift the rod up to release it at desired depth or at bottom.

I just snell a thin wire barbless hook on backwards on the line above a weight.
