Craftsmen's Corner / Rear seat storage

My truck has a little baby back seat. It is a 4 door full sized truck, but it has the small (quad cab) rear seat instead of the large (crew cab) rear seat. I never have people sit back there. In the 13 years I’ve owned the truck I can probably count on 1 hand how many times I’ve had humans in the back of my truck.
I decided that I wanted to make some changes to the rear seat area so that I would have a nice flat area to store fishing and camping gear. I came up with a plan to take out the rear seat and basically replace it with plywood covered in carpet that hinges at the bottom to allow access to the storage area under where the seat used to be.
The rear seat came out with 4 bolts. 3 more for the seatbelts. Finally 3 more for the anchors for the car seats.
Once everything was out I used a sheet of 3/4 plywood and some outdoor carpet. I cut it to fit, using the old mounting holes to mount the plywood. Then fitted some hinges and boom, flat storage area done!
