How does the check in work, there’s 96 people signed up plus all the normal boat traffic at the launch for a Sunday. Can we check in on the water and launch before 7? Go try to catch baitfish before 7?

Because wing shooter hasn’t responded yet. He didn’t get the money, it went to the next guy on the list who stuck around to verify their fish. And it wasn’t just one guy who got disqualified there were a few.

I was talking about K dock at the Berkeley marina... I didn’t know you can get live bait in Oakland? I know there’s a PHU QUY. By the bait dock at pier 47 in the city...

As far as camping the night before do we need reservations and what camp ground is everyone staying at? I got a few buddies going and we’re going to be drinking a few adult beverages and making a fire the night before if anyone is camping.

Not a kayak report but we do kayak this lake so here it goes. Went out to Lafayette with one of my buddies so we rented a boat. We drank some good beer and caught a few fish trolling. Ended with 5 trout and 4 missed opportunities. Not to upset considering the water looked like diarrhea. Caught fish up top and deep.

My name is Will. I found out about you guys from a friend of mine for the alameda rock wall tournament. He did very well and I struck out

. I'm from San Leandro and I'm new to kayaking in the bay/ocean. Been out for halibut in the bay for no keepers. Looking forward to meeting more of you in the future.
