just sharing a pic of my shrimp flies. If you are into fly tying, they can be the easiest things to tie ever and you can be creative with colors and such. I’ve used Owner hooks for years, the straight worm wide gap, but Bass Pro in San Jose seems to have stopped selling them. Fishermen’s warehouse used to have great prices. Now the Bass Pro are a pretty good house brand. I figure a good sharp hook is better than my reflexes for that sort of thing. They’ve been cooperative on my homemade rigs.

Hi all,

I mostly fish in Capitola and just hope to report how I do when I get out there. Planning to get out this Sunday. Thanks all for the great info on the site.
