Wanted To Buy / WTB Free dive fins sz 47/48
« on: June 12, 2015, 11:02:24 AM »
Want to buy free dive fins sz 47/48 or sz14-15. I wear a size 13 shoe but with dive socks a fin size 12-13 is way to small. Hoping to find some used plastic ones but will consider other long fin options.

Thanks, Big Buoy/Jeremy

General Talk / Don't forget!!!

Don't forget to turn in your 2013 harvest report's to Department of Fish and Game. Salmon, Steelhead, Abalone and Sturgeon just to name a few. They made it really easy being able to get it done on-line and it only takes a few minutes.  :smt006

Jackson Kayak / Cuda 14 vs. Big dudes/Ocean
« on: April 05, 2013, 09:18:23 PM »
I have been reading through the forum about Cuda 14's and they seem to be sea worthy. My question then falls to how are they with big dudes in the ocean? Are there any larger framed Cuda owners who paddle the salt regularly? I have seen the video of that guy playing in the surf(and he was a light weight) which was the only decent video I could find of Cuda in surf. How do they handle in chop and wind, preferably with larger paddlers? Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Introductions / Been putting this off...
« on: March 27, 2013, 07:32:55 PM »
Hey my name is Jeremy, I am 35 and from Eureka ca. I have been kayak fishing for about 10 months and I can't stop thinking about it. I have been fishing my whole life in the north state but never kayaked. I fish the ocean, lagoon's, local river's and lake's. I was reading "Thanks to our mods!" and figured I better introduce myself. I have been looking around, even commented on a few things and have gotten tons of information. Everyone on this site seems very helpful and respectful, even to newbies with dumb questions like myself. I fished Rockfish Wars 2 and will be attending GS7 and look forward to meeting a lot of you.
