I feel the same way, opens up to more fishing possibilities when your'e on the water , hiking up and down cliffs gets tiring. Waiting for my 1st cuda 14, been researching/procrastinating for awhile. Hopefully I'll be rigged up before the salmon start running thick.

Ive seen people launching from paradise when Im on the pier fishing it seems feasible to go there, only real problem i could think of is maybe how big of a load you gotta bring back up the hill. and the parking is legit. no bums in the vicinity.

Thanks, not fully equipped yet. But I got my eyes set on a Predator 13... Off Ebay. Will let you guys know when Im ready for the Coast, Gotta go thru a shakedown first. Was just up in Fort Bragg rock pickin for Ab's and slammin a school of rock fish Montauk style.

Been fishing since I was a knucklehead, now trying this kayak fishing thing... I'm big into Stripers in Bay Area, but want to get into some new species off the coast.
