The east cove is the best area of the lake. The wind is blocked so it's much more pond like as opposed to the middle of the lake where the wind blows all day.
Work the reeds and you will catch bluegill My favorite lake!

Folsom store doesn't carry fishing stuff so no reason to go back there......I'm
getting the impression that they want out of the fishing equipment business. If they
get to the point where the Lamiglas rods are 97 cents get out of my way!

Anybody have an opinion on the Ascend kayaks at Bass Pro Shops?
Haven't heard much about them and I 'm wondering if anyone has any
experience with them?
