Here's a easy and great way to keep your two piece rod together when you have it broken down. So I was at bps and saw these and thought great I need those,so I bought a couple pairs at $3. A pair after I got home I got to thinking what did I spend $6. On that crap for.

Well after a quick trip to walmart and osh. I got these cord locks .97 4/pack walmart. 3/16 bungee osh .16/ft.

Dont feel bad.I did the same thing except mine was shimano so I paid a little more.I just use a thick rubber band
My biggest worry is that my wife(when I'm dead)will sell my fishing gear for what I said I paid for it

Cheap rubber bands. They come in big bag for a dollar? Just toss them when they snapped.
