I need a fishing kayak under 60lb on a limited budget because my rack has a weight limit of 150lb, and I already have an 80lb kayak.

Can it be used in calm saltwater conditions around Half Moon Bay and Santa Cruz?

my son and I are getting started with kayak fishing.  We fish around the East Bay, Tri valley, and hopefully half moon bay and santa cruz soon.
