Craftsmen's Corner / Custom Fish Ruler stickers

Hey all,

My fishing buddy is a custom sign maker and we were throwing around the idea of making some cool fishing rulers (for boat, gun, etc)

Before we jump in, are there any legal issues with weights and balances we need to clear before we invest in the first batch?  Obviously we are making these for personal use and want them to be as accurate as possible, but do we need to register these at all?

Thanks!

Appreciate the heads up, but the weather was perfect, no smoke whatsoever!

Hey all,

I'm down in santa cruz now, looking for some folks who are fishing the area (SC/Monterey/Big Sur).

I was mainly diving up until a pretty crappy ear injury, so I will be staying above water for a while.  I would love to tag along if anyone is fishing anytime soon.  I am pretty new to kayak based anglin

Cheers!

Did you hear about the hippies that died in the ocean last week?

The life guards tried to rescue them, but they were too far out.

I cut two pieces of pvc, attached some rope to each, closed them in the hood and trunk and tied off the front and back of the yak.  Got up to 70mph without a worry.

Cheers!

Sounds like a blast.  Finally kayaked up, so I am going to have to give Albion a go soon!

Barotrauma?  Is there an interesting story behind that?

Nope, just diving when I shouldn't have been.

At least you got to enjoy mother nature.

I will never complain about a day out of the office ;)

Bit the bullet and made the trip down to the bay pick up a T13 yesterday and had to take it out today.  Now normally I'm a spearfisher, but I'm letting some barotrauma heal up right before I get back in the water.  Buddy and I launched out of Russian Gulch and dropped down to Jack Peters.  The current was not in my favor and I came back empty handed.  Buddy pulled in a decent haul (spearfishing), 25-26" ling and some decent blues.  He said the fish were out enjoying the good weather but not a whole lot on the large size.

Cheers!
