The kayak launch area and all the parking on that side of the marina is currently off limits while they are doing construction. There is public parking in a gravel lot on the the other side by the docks. More info here - https://www.ssf.net/departments/parks-recreation/parks-recreation-facility-projects/oyster-point-2c

Water was milk chocolate and 54 degrees. Very little bait or bird activity and no biters.
