I'd just loop the pre tied snelled leader thru the dropper loop.

Hookups and Fishing Reports (Viewable by Public) / Re: Live Shore Crabs as Bait?« on: November 07, 2021, 09:26:43 AM »Watching videos of people "dunking" in Hawaii, crabs are an easy go-to bait there and seems to work. I was also intrigued by your video, and was totally wanting to know the same thing, since I've seen so many cabs with a crab in their belly. Was really hoping you would score one with crabs you harvested! Either way, it was another fun episode, and really enjoy your channel. Yessir! I've caught many a cab from the rocks as a youngster using striped shore crabs in the Fort Ross area. 3oz river sinker (or sparks plugs) below a snelled #1 hook on a dropper loop. The cabs just inhale them and swim off. Fun stuff. 3

Here’s my newest rescue homie Tootie.
She loves to hike and swim and hunt frogs n rats. She’s a “ gerbarian shepsky “ and by far the best dog I’ve ever had. Loves everyone and everything. 6

General Talk / Re: Fish vacuum sealer suggestions« on: September 08, 2021, 08:14:20 PM »Thicker bags are quite impressive. Gonna look for rolls a touch thicker than generic food saver rolls. Any leads?Does anyone else have a problem with their foodsaver melting the seal too much and allowing air to penetrate the bag? It seems to me that mine gets too hot after sealing a couple bags. I can actually see the bag slightly inflate after I release the lock mechanism. Sometimes I grab a fillet from the freezer and there is a noticeable pocket of air.Try buying some bags with thicker plastic and see if that prevents the problem. Right on! Gonna check it out. 9

I've got the costco model and buy my bags there or amazon as well. 11

If you all already camping at OC, it's a no-brainer. The launch is right there. Easy and free.
The other spots are great, but the fishing is all about the same. 12
