One day I will learn to be more excited about seeing the landlord, just like the master himself  :smt007 .....

CalifBill posted it on Coastside Fishing Club's site now.  Lot's of HMB folks on that.  Hopefully something will turn up.

Have you got any descriptions of the boat?  I didn't see one in the threads.
Thanks!  Based on what I hear and remember, the boat did stop and followed my rescue boat to the ramp.

While we are at this subject, is there anybody that happen to take a pic or vid of me the morning of before the collision?  Would be interested in that if somebody happen to have a pic or vid.

Thank you all for your support.  I am doing somewhat better.  Everything is slow and painful, but onward and upward.  Unfortunately kayaking or fishing are not in the immediate future, making the season opener next year is kind of doubtful at the moment.  So yeah, slow and hoping to be steady.  Good news is I am walking now, but still cant beat grandpas or kids speed wise.  Goal is to have a joust match with a grandpa and come out a winner without falling  :smt044   Seriously though, thank you everybody for the well wishes.

Must be a recipe from the Vishanti.

General Fishing Tips / Re: You're favorite pedal kayaks

I thought I saw a note about a paddle kayak that runs as fast as a Stealth at a much lower cost.  If I recall, I think KPD mentioned that?  I forgot the alternative paddle kayak was, maybe KPD can chime in.

Here is one of the best guides I have seen on pressure bleeding, with detailed pictures of where to insert the pipette tip.

You don't have to cut the head off or even cut the throat if you stick the hose in through the mouth.

KPD, where did you get the pipette tip?
I need to try this.
You can also try a ketchup squeezable bottle or something similar (go to Daiso).

Ernest, thank you for your kindness.  As much as I love to have one of your device, I dont think I will be fishing for awhile, so please consider the next person in line.  Thank you again!

If forecast for swell and wind are good, go to Pacifica, along the edges of Linda Mar cove and little Pedro.  Be sure to bring Shark Shield.  Use cop car with 4" silver/chartreuse flasher, 20 to 30 down from 40 FOW to 60 FOW.  If questionable, to HMB and watch out for boat traffic  :smt010   For HMB, use chartreuse KA and go about 1/3 miles east of the red can toward the beach.  Troll between that and the farther green can, about half way, and back.

Priority should go a place where you have a buddy.
My 2 cents and good luck.

After an incident at hmb I started bleeding them into the hull for blood containment so I’m not trailing blood behind me

Would love to know, more details?

Hobie Kayaks / Re: Why I want to upgrade to 2020+ Outback from 2017
« on: August 22, 2022, 10:42:15 AM »

The three biggest reasons as to why you should upgrade to 2019+ Outbacks are below.  Keep in mind this is my opinion, your mileage may vary.
1.  New hull redesign - 2019+ are faster
2. Side rail configurations - these enables no drill attachments.
3. Rear handle - This is one of the most helpful addition.

Looking good Alan!  And oh yea, thanks for the report too!

You get one for free. Speedy recovery Bro!
Thanks!  Working on the recovery, who knows when I can get back.  Either way, let me pay for it for sure, or we can race our AI  :smt007 .... safely of course!

FYI, I know more of Crash's background than Otis' and based on what I know, I would strongly consider Crash's comments/advice (and definitely no offense intended to Otis).  I can also see everybody is chiming in with well intentions.
