I got a big pile of mulch thats sitting in my driveway, I want my driveway back. Already converted most of my backyard and frontyard to waterless. Gonna post in CL for free @ the end of the week. You guys get first dibs. Bring a tarp/truck/ containers and fill up as much as you can. Located in Santa Rosa, CA.
I'll take any veggie/fruit/herb plants for trade if you'd like to offer, my new planter box could use em. Cheers!!

Anybody try drifting the Petaluma river towards black point from Petaluma during low tide , then drift back @ high tide? Thinking of going for striped bass.

General Talk / Calling All Hobie and Jackson Cuda 14 owners.
« on: June 10, 2014, 05:45:47 PM »
Hi guys, I've done enough searching the web and reading up on reviews on Kayaks, that my brain is about to explode. I just want to get a kayak thats good for the surf from HMB all the way to Humboldt and SF Bay for fishing. Something fast and stable,
hoping to link up with a group from NCKA and hit the open water asap. I'm divided by either forking out the $ on either a Revo 13 or a Cuda 14. Just need you local guys who own either to chime in and point me the right direction. Any hookups with a local dealer would be awesome, I'm locally from Santa Rosa but willing to go anywhere to save a buck.

thanks for the help.

Been fishing since I was a knucklehead, now trying this kayak fishing thing... I'm big into Stripers in Bay Area, but want to get into some new species off the coast.
