Anyone thinking of doing a Big Sur mission this weekend? Looks like it could be productive. Thinking of banging lead for bottom fish

Would be up to meet and/or maybe camp a night if the fishing/weather are good

Sunday 9/5(According to what I've looked at so far)looks like it might be the best day

Will be traveling from Santa Cruz

Thanks

Introductions / What up from Santa Cruz
« on: November 07, 2020, 05:23:21 PM »
My name is Sam and I am new to the NorCal kayak fishing scene. I am originally from the Oregon coast, where I would fish a lot.
I have since moved to the Santa Cruz area after school, I am currently 24 years old and looking to meet up with some homies and find some fish. I am currently in a 13ishft ocean kayak that has treated me oh so well. My target species is primarily bottom fish, with a focus on big lings. Although these California halibut look interesting. I have all the gear, and a reliable car to get me to and from the beach. I am up to travel north to half moon bay, or as far south as Cambria for some possible big sur camp missions.

lets link up!!
