Crab cakes galore!

My gf is making me promise her a full limit to deshell and spend a whole day making into dumplings. Gyozas, won tons of various styles, you know the deal. I've been saving the shells of cleaner batches, and also the steaming liquid after steaming a whole limit, making a homemade crab stock, and making breakfast congee with leftover meat. Waking up first thing in the morning to hot tea, hot soymilk, and the smell of crab everyday with breakfast congee has been amazing. Next on the list  is a crab bisque since i have plenty of leftover crab stock.
