Did you see the recent collaboration with the food lab gent who injected ponzu and dashi into the artery of the hali?  Exchanging the blood for flavor... :smt006

I started to watch it last night but didn't finish it, will do so today.  I'm dying for some kelp chili crisp  :smt005. Looks like Seafoarger.com sells it  :smt003
