&: Took out a big mahi loin. cut into medallions n did it two ways, salt pepper baked w olive oil, then teriyaki smoked on the traeger. dressed w a ketch/mayo, wakame n masago, or just lettuce. brioche bun n corn salad. decent cleanout the freezer effort
