In California, it's quite a privilege to be able to vote third party without affecting the final outcome!

Max actually reminded me of that fact, with all electoral votes going to the one candidate anyway. 

The porn condoms one seems odd to me. Won't the industry just up and leave California if that happens?  Isn't it really a vote on keeping porn production here or kicking it to Las Vegas/Miami etc?

according to my voter info packet, yes the state would lose a few million dollars in tax revenue, and regulation would cost the state about the same or less

So, I wrote in a candidate:  Allen Sansano.

And, I urge anyone else similarly conflicted to write in Sansano as well.  Let's see how many votes we can get for him.

The porn condom thing is just one of those moralist things where they hope everyone wearing condoms will lead to kids wearing condoms. There hasn't been a STD in the industry in over a decade. It was actually ram rodded through the cal osha standards board pioneered by two lesbian upper rank people in the division. I literally had a back row seat to the chaos for the last five years. The lesbians and their "organization" got beat lickety split. So, they rallied and got enough signatures to put on a ballot.
