Well it only took 11 months, but it finally came. And it was worth the wait. Picked up my new Stealth this weekend and took it for a quick spin on the bay. Fricken Awesome! It is incredibly light. I literally carried it on my shoulder to and fro. It was surprisingly very stable. I was expecting it to be a little more tippy but I felt rock solid on it. Of course we'll see on a day where there is swell and chop. It is quite comfortable. When I first saw the cockpit I thought it might be tight, but it was more roomy than appeared. In fact, the foot pedals may need to come in a bit. It is fast. And it just glides. I got a lot of learning to do but with me hacking away at the water, I was still moving along quite swiftly. Much faster that my revo 13. There will be a big learning curve, and I will have make some adjustments and figure stuff out. Obviously I will have to take out many more times before I have a true opinion. But so far, this boat has lived up to the hype and is quite impressive

Bonus over the Revo, the landlord won't mistake it for a seal!

Looks neat! Questions.

What is it? Stealth obviously. But model?
How is the seating position? No padding and no backrest might be a good thing or a bad thing.
What are your future plans for it?

Its a Profisha 525. On my outing I had no seat. I found it to be surprisingly comfortable. I could see that if one were to be leaning back a lot, it would get uncomfortable after a long day. Im trying to keep an upright and slightly forward posture while paddling, so I didn't feel the need for a back rest. I did purchase a sling type seat/ backrest, and im sure I will be using it. As far as future plans, I plan on learning how to fish on it. Im hoping to try out and learn mooching next season and I will try to get my stamina up for trolling. Halibut will be interesting on it, but im excited to try out the livewell. I also hope to start making trips down south with it, and go after some warmer water species. Just super stoked and excited to take my angling in a new direction. I enjoy the kayaking as much as the fishing, and the Hobie just wasn't enough.
