Hello, has anyone heard anything about a recent bust at Ocean Cove for poaching abalone and rockfish?  My buddy heard from some kayak fisherman at Lake Sonoma that they witnessed a boat and fishing gear being confiscated by Fish and Wildlife from a group of Russian poachers at Ocean Cove recently.  Thank you.

Got this one out of the SF Chron 20 years ago:

5 tablespoons rice vinegar
5 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
3 tablespoons finely grated fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
3 tablespoons peanut oil

mix all ingredients in shallow dish except peanut oil

heat peanut oil till shimmering and drizzle over other ingredients - do this in the sink - it makes a mess when it sizzles.  Stir and enjoy.
