A saint and an ark? Are you trying to catch 2 of each kind of fish?
But oh, that magic feeling,
Nowhere to go,
Nowhere to go!

Slow for me. 3 squid for me only.  Not many around and were spotty and in small patches. I gave up on squid and started trolling north of the red can and hooked on to something really heavy in 120ft of water. I slowly reeled it in but my leader broke at mid column after the fish decided to wake up. Note to self, do not ever use 20lb leader again.

Caught a few underlings and a few small rockfish. Decided to go back home empty handed.

A number of yakkers decided to go to the hotel to fish for halibut. I didn't hear of anyone catching anything over the radio.

Sorry to hear about your broken leader.  I use 30lb leader and loss a big Halibut  next to the kayak once.  Thanks for the report Ark.
