Hookups and Fishing Reports (Viewable by Public) / Skunked

Hi Steve:
Me and a buddy launched from Loch Lomond Marina at about 10AM. I hadn't fished with him before but he's a strong guy and I needed some horsepower to power my new Hobie Mirage Tandem. We trolled all the way to San Quentin, back to the pilings, the pier, the islands pulling a lot of hardware, including 3" big hammers, broken back rap, krocodiles, and an assortment of spoons, shallow running cranks, and plugs. Needed some more intel the area, as we just could not find them.
On a better note, the boat flies. It's very fast, but a little on the wet side. Even in 1' windwaves, I had water come over the bow and sides on me plenty of times. I thought it would be drier. It's a decent fishing platform though and stable enough. Buddy stood up when we were on the leeward side of the islands, and he's 6'3". Freaked me out, but we didn't end up in the drink!
Good weather conditions initially, off the wate @ 2:30 when it started whitecapping.
