Its finally here, Saturday May 3rd we're having our "Kick Off to Summer Demo Party" We'll have the full line up of kayaks from Jackson, Eddyline, and Hobie. Tim Crain from Hobie is bring a truck load of demo boats. We'll be out at Brandy Creek Beach on Whiskeytown Lake starting at 10am and demoing till 3pm. I have given out over 500 fliers and Priority Passes to interested people over the last 3 months. This is going to be a great time. The first time I visited the Hobie Cat factory in Oceanside I was amazed at all the cool and crazy ideas this guy came up with. Side by side mirage drive tandem kayaks, airplanes, gliders, ect. A true pioneer and waterman.

I'm holding the second event in our monthly headwaters adventure co. kayak fishing days on baum lake this Saturday. Looking to launch around 7am. Yellow or orange spinners and fly rods are always the ticket up there. The target species is brown trout and there are some big bruisers in there. Last time I was up there we had over 50 fish between 2 anglers and were off the water by noon.

Hey guys I have made up some lots of Big Hammers. Each lot has 5 9" baits, 10 6.5" baits, and 10 3" baits. The colors are all assorted and please don't ask for specific colors. A lot of 25 baits for $25 including shipping. I have about 15 lots of different colors. Gret way to try out different colors with out ordering a bunch. 9" and 6.5" are great for rockfish and lings, the 3" are great for small mouth, or Greenlings. Suspending rockfish will hit them on the fall in the kelp too.
