General Talk / How to get credit for angler of the year points?
« on: October 04, 2007, 05:41:17 PM »
I read the point system for the various species.

Do you only receive points for the lagest species on each outing?

Who do you post your results to to receive credit?

Thanks for your help and input.  Bulldog(Al)

Kayaks / kayak width and length for the ocean??
« on: July 16, 2007, 11:22:38 PM »
Have been kayaking in small 8 ft in lakes for months. Ready to graduate to ocean kayaking. from what I have seen, widths for ocean fishing kayaks range from 28 to 36 inches wide. 13 feet long is max I will go. I think I have narrowed my search to the fishndive (36 inches wide) or the big game (34 inches wide) Are these good kayaks for the ocean?
