Hey so i made a diy flag for my last outing, using an old broken fishing rod. Spraypainted it and it came out great. I cut out a plastic table cover since i was in a hurry to have one to go out last weekend. It worked out well but im in the market for a nicer flag. Maybe a ncka flag. Anyone on here make them? I would really be interested in purchasing one, or if anyone knows a place online to buy a nice creative looking one that would work as well.

I have one that's made for bikes and it folds into three sections.the material is a reflective florescent cloth
My biggest worry is that my wife(when I'm dead)will sell my fishing gear for what I said I paid for it

Its not an NCKA Flag, but its the next best thing, its from an NCKA member. Joe "Bloodbath" sells them. Here's the link to his web page.

I use this one http://www.kayakfishinggear.com/products/be-seen-safety-flag

Hook1 use to sell one that included a pole, can't find it anymore on their website.  You can go Tap Plastic and get a plastic rod and attach it or use a fishing pole.  Its very visible.  The longer the pole the better your visibility.

I don't know if he still does or not, but Luther at YakAttack might be willing to supply NCKA flags if order is large enough. Somebody on here probably knows him. If I remember cost was $15 - $20.

Itzdone is a good place to try also, they create products plus online store for the group and handle all the shipping. Hands free operation. They keep the store up as long as you want. Have used them before works well. NCKA can make a little money for PIF.
