Hi All,

Recently bought a second hand inflatable kayak. Hobie Mirage i14. Unfortunately the middle chamber has a leak (not noticed when purchasing) and I suspect it could be a tricky repair since I cannot seem to locate the leak (I think it may be under the bottom PVC sheet- not sure how a hole would develop there...). I was wondering if anyone knows of anyone / company in the area that would be able to do a repair job on it? Or if anyone has any advice on how to deal with this.

Many thanks in advance!

Jeremy

You could try California Canoe Kayaks in Oakland or Sacramento.

I had one I could not get repaired due to the drop stitch coming apart because of heat out in the sun. CCK ended up offering me a new hull for around $1000 including shipping. They may be able to offer you similar option depending on Hobie.

Good luck!
