Lightly used for a few years. Some minor scratches but the kayak is in great shape. No modification or holes yet.
It's just too much kayak for us...

I have six rolls of 11 inch wide, 16 ft long FoodSaver rolls. I'd like to trade for the 8 inch rolls.

I tend to use the 8" more but read some people prefer the 11" roll.

Supposed to be good (won ICAST this year!?).
I live in a condo/apt & can't wash my kayak stuff that easy...
I want to be able to do a quick rinse after a salt trip, before my three hours drive home.
2 gal is enough to wash rod & reel, tackle, kayak seat, and drive/paddle?

Hookups and Fishing Reports (Viewable by Public) / Quick American River opener report...

Went to Howe after work.
The water looked a tiny bit up.
It was windy like last week. Low flow & high wind pushed me up stream. It was kinda cool.
Fished until sunset but didn't see any signs of fish...

Hope they will make it up here...

last month, I just passed the 9 year mark... Adding the lurking year, almost 10 years on NCKA!
only 0.604 post / day, so I'm not doing a great job of contributing, but it's a little hard for me to post because of my English (pardon me). I will try to do better & hopefully 3k post will come sooner.
Thank you so so so much for the NCKA family!!! I came to this country on my own with no famiy and I could not imagine being here without you guys!!! Love you guys!!!
Hope to see you guys on the water very soon!!!

I jumped ship to Lawrence, so I'm selling my HB597ciHB (non-DI). It's a discontinued model but it's pretty similar to HB688ciHD.
I used the FF twice & stop working. Sent it to Humminbird and $255 later they sent me a brand new head unit. Tried once & it seems work fine. Comes w/ all the parts in the box & face cover (transducer never used). It's pretty much a brand new.
Also I will add A Navionics card of your choice (only one).

I know there are some Pier fisherman here in NCKA & I need help.
My nephew (9yrs), who I've never met before, is coming to visit me from Okinawa next week.
He really wants me to take him fishing, but he has never fished before and they're not outdoorsy type people...
We're gonna be around the city, so I'm thinking about taking them to Pacifica Municipal Pier for a few hours.
I've never fish there nor have I fished the ocean from a pier before.
If we can catch something eatable (anchovy, sardine, mackerel, etc...), that would be awesome.
Any tips can help.

I just have too many so would like to sell a couple of Okuma Baidarka BK-C-761ML.
7'6" Length 8-15lb line wt. & 1/4-5/8oz lure wt.
It's for saltwater so med-slow action. I believe good for striper & halibut.
Brand new & still in the plastic.
