I was rooting for him to get away  :smt041

I've snatched up a couple bigger than that in Honduras and Baja  :smt005

Got one of them on video and the other on photo laying around somewhere. If they get ahold of you .....no bueno  :smt009

Both were set free unharmed  :smt007

Also, on the island of Roatan there was this guy that would feed wild iguanas everyday. He would charge a fee to come witness it at his rural jungle home.

Literally hundreds of them some as big as 5 ft head to toe and probably close to 18 lbs would come to gorge themselves on the leafy greens. The bigger ones were orange and black in color very intimidating.

I sat on the floor of this guy's patio and hand fed some. Very, very cool....also got a pic and video of that too somewhere.  :smt001

That's real life Walking Dead stuff right there.
Could you imagine going on a kayaking trip for a few days and beaching right there thinking it looked like a cool place to camp?
YIKES!

Damn I'm still tripping on that video. It's feast or famine I guess. It's not like they can share the prey like a pack of wolves. Nuts.

I'm thinking that's why he got free. None of them were able to get a good hold of him.
They were too busy squeezing each other  :smt044

Forgot to add that I also ate iguana once in Zihuatanejo, Mx.
My uncle and I were on a quest to find some and we finally did.
It was in a palapa roof style restaurant with a dirt floor.

I had iguana stew with an ice cold Negra Modelo. It wasn't bad with the exception that you could tell it was iguana by the leg bone structure.

I remember my uncle laying down some wisdom on me while I was eating.

I'm way less worried about Ixtapa or some pacific coast spot getting me sick than I am, say about the mole chicken at stall 221 in the mercado libertad in Guadalajara.

This video has been around for a while, and there are some great versions out there, like this:

Like BJJ.  Against the cage, in the clinch.  The only thing that saved him was a right underhook.  Boom,  Gone.

I'm most worried about the cooked chicken from China...
Please don't spoil my day, I'm miles away...
