« on: June 25, 2006, 09:40:20 AM »
well, me Eric, bob,Pete and randy launch from willow down on the Big Sur coast on sat. 6/24

real foggy 1/2 mile visibility at best...then it would clear up and come back in...but it was real classy with a moderate north flowing current. fishing was pretty slow all day ..... the fish i kept was one vermilion, red (both were 5.5lbs) and a nice big baccico 26 inch...5.5 lb.great fighter. the fish were caught in 90 to 120 feet. everyone easel did about the same one ling went about 8 to 10 lbs.......here are some photo's of the day!! fish on :smt003

oh yes how could a forget the crazy seal attaching me! about 30lbs seal loin just started to crazy on me! hitting my boat, jumping up and snapping at me all the while i am snaged on the bottom...Had to end cutting my line because the seal just would not leave me along for about five minutes....i even gave him some nice soft hit to the body :smt003 i keep my fish in my fish bag!

Steve
