NCKA doesn't pick the ads or anything like that. Sounds like some ad company is being allowed to do annoying popups, which sucks. I'm not an expert in all browsers, but most have some ability to block popups. Looks like this is on your phone, here is how you do it on Safari:
Iphone On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > Safari. Turn on Block Pop-ups.
Chrome On your computer, open Chrome. At the top right, click More. Settings. Click Privacy and security Site Settings. Pop-ups and redirects. Choose the option that you want as your default setting.
