For Sale / Penn Battle ll-4000
« on: October 03, 2019, 01:42:48 PM »
Little used, well kept Penn Battle ll reel spooled with 30 Braid. I have decided to go back to conventional gear so am selling this fine spinning reel. The Penn name is known for  durability.
Great for surf fishing,

Battle ll has Penn’s HT-100 Versa-Drag washers keyed into the spool which allows both sides of each drag washer to be used. This gives the Battle ll higher max drags.

$75/shipped

For Sale / Almarco Pram *8'* RARE and Collectible* $1200
« on: February 07, 2019, 03:08:06 PM »
Selling an Almarco aluminum pram. Length is 8'. It is fully welded and RARE.

Selling an Almarco aluminum pram. Length is 8'. It is fully welded and RARE.

Over the 20 years that they were made, a little over 600 of them were produced.

I have included the hull number. The first three digits are of the manufacturer, the next are the sequence, the letter designating which month the boat was built, A-L, the next would be the year in two digits, and the last would be the sequential number each boat.

The most important factor of the boat is the weight, with it coming in at around 65 lbs its so easy to maneuver. This alone and to have all my gear and to be able to fish in comfort is how it all comes together.

I've not encountered another lightweight welded pram that was better suited for fly fishing still or moving water than this pram.

I painted the interior bottom with epoxy and used sand in it to keep you from sliding around while standing.

I also used Coat-it on the bottom. It needs to be scraped and re-done. So I am including two quarts of Coat-it.

Also included is a brand new MinnKota Endura C2 electric trolling motor. It has a 30" shaft and 30lb. thrust.

Oars are in good shape too.

This won't last long.

For Sale / ROD HOLDERS*SCOTTY*WESTMARINE*
« on: February 05, 2019, 04:32:34 PM »
Selling for a friend's wife. He recently passed away and she cant' use these.

It looks like these items have never been used. Everything you would need to outfit your kayak or small boat with rod holders. Even an anchor release.

I added up everything and came up with $170. Add tax and it would be $185.

I would like to get her $120 for all.

I live in Richmond, 3 blocks from I-80, if you want to pick them up.

For Sale / HONDA EU1000i GENERATOR
« on: January 25, 2016, 02:44:51 PM »
I have a Honda EU1000i (1000 Watt) Generator for sale. Asking $375

I have had it for five years and use it to light my Artists booth during the Christmas season. This means I might use it four hours a day for two weeks each year.

I am going to try a different system so don't think I will be using it much. It's time to go.

It starts and runs after one or two pulls, even after sitting for the rest of the year. It's a Honda after all.

Uses straight gas, no mixing, which is nice.

One of my friends set it near a propane heater and the back cover slightly melted. This does not affect performance, just looks funky. A replacement is about $35 if it bothers you.

New, these are now $699.00. Add $60+ tax and you can save over $300 by buying mine.

For Sale / Unused Farmer John
« on: January 22, 2016, 05:42:14 PM »
Guys,
I have an NRS Farmer John for sale. It is a size xxxl because they advise to go up a size when ordering. So it fits like an xxl.
Anyway this has never been taken out of the plastic it came in.
I am asking $100 for it. Included with your purchase is a milk crate, set up to hold 4 rods.
You'll have to pick these up in Crockett, near Benicia/Vallejo.

For Sale / NRS Farmer John Wet Suit XXXl
« on: August 10, 2015, 03:15:29 PM »
I have a New, Unused NRS Farmer John Wet Suit for sale. I decided, after buying this, to stay off big Blue. It is a XXXL size because apparently these run a bit small, so figure it's a large XL or just about right XXL. They are selling for $129.00. I would like $100.
I live right off HWY 80 and can meet up with you here or in the City. I work there Thursday through Sunday.

For Sale / WHEELEEZ For Sale
« on: October 06, 2014, 05:52:06 PM »
OK. Third time is a charm.
What do I mean?
I have posted these twice before and no one has been able to  make it happen. So I'll give it one more shot.

For Sale, One slightly used WHEELEEZ Kayak Cart. This is the model you want. It has the big wheels that allow you to haul a fully loaded kayak over sand, rocks, mud. . .you name it, with EEZ.
I personally used this cart six times with the kayak I had at the time. That’s all. You will see by the photos that it is in great shape. No cuts, tears, wear of any kind. These carts retail for $240 now, twice the price I am asking, so please don’t ask for a deal. If you buy this you are already getting one.
Call, make an appointment, bring cash and get yourself an awesome deal.

For Sale / WHEELEZ *Old Style*
« on: July 02, 2014, 05:01:00 PM »
Here goes, one more time. I have a set of Wheelez that I bought several years ago and used about six times. I thought this type was the same as the new ones, but have learned these were replaced by a new type of tire with a different tread. So, with that in mind, these are still in great shape and perhaps a can of Fix-a-Flat would cure what seems to ail these tires, leakage. I would like to get $100 for these, less than half the price of a new set.

These are the kind you want, with the big old fatty tires. Good for sand, rocks, mud, you name it.

Thanks for looking.
