I love eating squid. I like them deep fried and sashimi but my favorite way to eat them is Ojingeojeot, Korean Fermented Squid. Here is a quick and easy (except cleaning and prepping the squid) way to make Ojingeojeot. Both my mom and my wife approved 😁😁.

I love that stuff. We used to get fresh supply from Korea whenever our foreign exchange student’s mom would visit the states. Thanks for sharing.
Also ate a bunch of that when I was in the Army and stationed in Korea. Gonna have to try making it. But first got to catch squid😀

I have not tried this.  I love the cuttlefish snack with corn syrup, soy sauce, red pepper paste, sesame seeds, and other items but they’re slipping from my memory.  Korean food is broke da mout’ kine... :smt006
