Merino wool salvage

(1/1)

fishemotion:
Been using merino as a base layer and layering for quite some time. Works great but the material can be somewhat delicate and they're quite pricey.

Finally got around to repairing/patching some holes to prevent further tearing and such. On one of the bottoms, the rear had torn from waist to crotch and although the gaping exposed rear could be viewed as a ventilation point, sometimes when donning, my foot would just go right through. Other times, my toes would get caught in one of the holes and tear and such.

Just repaired, so don't know how well they'll hold, but seems solid...

Looks like a victory…you sure it didn’t rip from eating too much herring roe…I hear that stuff goes through ya’ like a river… :smt006

fishemotion:
The herring roe run didn't feel all that caustic  :smt005. kinda pleasurable

But feeling a bit under da weather from booster shot...
