Fishing Tournaments and Events / GS11 Party Pooper !!! anyone else get sick ?

So we had a great time until...Monday A.M., Kim woke up violently sick at 2:30 A.M., my turn at 7:00 A.M.
We thought it was the crab we had the night before but later found out that two other people were very sick also. There was no common food between us the 24 hrs. before this and now believe it could have been E. Coli which can not show up until 3 days later after contact. So I'm just wondering if anyone else got sick on Monday or Tuesday ?.

Wanted To Buy / Advice needed for truck rack kayak rack

Hey all, I recently got a new truck and need a rack for my yak when I pull the trailer. I am not getting any younger and my back is not getting any stronger so I'm willing to spend the cash if I can make it easier on my back. I am looking at the Sliding TracRac as I will take it off when not pulling the trailer. The Hullavator 898 pro might work if it can handle the 85 lb. Hobie Outback or is it better to go with the Yakima hulley rollers. Any experience you can enlighten me with would be much appreciated.

CA Regulations / Dunegeness crab rules

Crab newbie here, spent the last hour trying to get info. from DFW, ouch !!!, can anyone direct me to the DFW gear restrictions on crab traps ?, I know there is a limit of ten and they have to be 5 3/4", but I am trying to find information on the escape rings ? Thanks...

For Sale / What brand / where to buy battery / charger ?

Hey all, first off I tried the search feature but came up short of an answer. Just ordered an Elite-5 HDI and want to start with a fresh battery and new charger. I don't know if there is brands I should / should not get ? Would love some intel on good or bad products and where they came from....
