True, it doesn't last long in full-blast mode, but has a 1/2 power switch too.

The full blast mode is really just for blinding people or lighting up the forest late at night when you hear a funny sound...  not that *I* have ever been scared...  just sayin...

I have a knock off one that I dig having for lighting up the entire canyon when camping or to let boats know that I am on the water at night. Haven't used it in a while though... I think I need to test it out again.
