Quick and easy recipe for a very tasty side dish. Lots of variations so play around with different ingredients especially anything fresh from the garden (fishing and veggie gardening are not mutually exclusive).
Zuchini's cut into 1/2 inch rounds bell peppers cut into 1/2 inch stips onion, garlic basil, oregano, thyme all chopped up Tomatoes diced up
