Is it still worth keeping the Hobie Trax wheels? Trying to clear space from the garage but not sure if after buying a trailer, do most fishing spots in the Bay have launch ramps?

I’d keep the wheels. Lots of decent launch spots become inaccessible without them IMHO.

Agree you need the wheels more than the trailer. Unless you're sporting the tandem island then you wouldprobablywant both :smt003

Yes to wheels, but I'm not sure the Hobie Trax wheels are suitable for beach launches. Wheeleez  are popular...
