Whoops, yes, you are correct!

This is what I read (for Lingcod- Point Arena to Pigeon Point):
Boat-based Anglers: Open: Jun 13–Oct 31 Closed: Jan 1–Jun 12, and Nov 1–Dec 31
Divers, Shore-based Anglers: Open: Apr 1–Nov 30 Closed: Jan 1–Mar 31, and Dec 1–Dec 31

I misread that and for some reason thought we kayakers were shore-based...
but guess that doesn’t explain why I thought I could still take my rockfishing trip... doh!

You scared me! I saw rockfish closer and thought, ‘already?’. I still have a gift certificate for a free rockfish trip that I need to use this year. Good thing the season doesn’t close until November 30th.

Freddie and I may show up depending on the weather. We also have a wedding to go to so we’ll see.

Sorry- I don't think we can make it.

We have the boys that weekend. We'll be at little league all day from 11 am to 5 p.m. for games between the two boys! I would much rather be fishing!!!!

Dunno what to bring though. Any preferences? I know many of you guys like Freddie's tacos, or should he make fried rice (like the batch from the Forebay fish and chill) or should I make the crock pot beef stew like last year's award ceremony?
