My situation was VRSA which went on for a couple of years of misery and ended in near sepsis in the ER and gruesome emergency surgery Original rash was very similar to yours

My leg rash / irritation has resolved. I do agree that if you ever think you may have a skin infection / infection to seek medical care as appropriate.
I do have a medical background and I was simultaneously watching for signs / symptoms of infection which thankfully did not occur.
But i'm glad to know that most of you don't seem to have this kind of rash / irritation regularly so its definitely something I'm going to try to find an answer to as previously mentioned.
Probably too much sausage in the sausage casing = need something with better fitment and/or rule out allergy to materials / detergent.
