Yesterday was the first ever "Past Multi-Day Client Appreciation Day"!  Four of my Frequent Flyer guests joined me for fishing at Trinidad where we enjoyed sunny skies and a beautiful ocean over a great morning of offshore angling.  Everyone loaded up nice stringers, and after filling a few gallon Ziplocs at the Tailgate Fillet Station I whipped out the fry kit and served up hot fish to the group.  Cold beer, freshest fried food and the best of company made for a memorable outing.  All of these guys have dates with me again this summer, and I can't wait to take it from today's casual atmosphere to next level guiding again!

Coho Joe and Fisherman X trips in the past have produced Chinook, a 10 inch abalone and last year Joe got his personal best lingcod and Cali hali too.

DavetheSynthguy trips in the past have produced Chinook to 30 pounds, double digit halibut, Klamath cutties and steelhead heart-breakers, among others.

Yaad is picking up steam in his quest to master Humboldt species and locations.  We've scored halibut, rockfish and lingcod on past trips.

Bring on the summer of fish love~   :smt001

Agreed, it is a long drive, but - Totally worth it, IMO!! Both Shelter Cove and Trinidad are great fisheries, loads of fun. And that Eric guy is ok, too! :smt002
He takes good care of the prep and itinerary for the water, you learn lots and the sites are gorgeous. Highly recommended. :thumleft:
