I have helped my friend life that motor in/out of his Hobie PA12.  that is not a light motor!!  how does the Outback feel in the water that nose heavy?  you put the battery in the back right?

that is a one objective motor mount?  how did it mount up front?  you drilled holes, or used the front lid hinge connection points? 

good luck with the sale.  that thing is SICK.  I never thought it could be done.  but you did it!

Thanks and no it’s not really nose heavy and the trolling motor helps with water going over the bow and the battery is in the back so everything is evened out on weight and stability got better I think and I’m a heavy guy and for the mounting I just had to drill 2 holes but it secured by 4 bolts
