Del Valle july 29

I didnt like the looks of hmb when I got there so I went to del valle and boy was that a good choice here is my tally for the day.
1 small mouth bass( my biggest yet 4lbs)
2 catfish
11 stripers 1 legal
1 scwafish
 
All fish released weather was awsome

All this in a secret spot that you can only get to if you been there before.

What did you use for stripers?  I fish Del Valle Regularly for SMB and LMB, but I don't know what, where, or how for stripers.  What size line do you need?  I usually take one setup for bass, but I might buy another rig for larger fish.  I bet the cooler weather helped quite a bit.  I haven't been out there for a couple weeks because of the heat.
