im hoping to beach fish mostly. as i want the kids to stay off the rocs. the youngest always falls and i would hate to try to pull him out from between the rocks. also his mom is a bit of a worry wart. so safety first. lol. so salinas state river? ill google that and see where there is available parking. the bait thing i may not do. i have over 300 motor oil red, green , and gold grubs.. with the youngest ill cast retrieve hook and pass to him.lol. thanks bros for the tips. i hope the lil guy catches a decent sized on

bringing my nephews out to fish. the oldest is a bass fisherman so dont need to worry bout him. the youngest's idea of fishing is throwing rocks at the fish he can see. anyone fish perch here and know if the grubs work well? would you fish close to the jetty or further away. ill still look for holes and sloughs. any advice would be appreciated. thank you

Basically this isn't entry level ? I work in a lab already but would love to stretch my  skills and learn.  Quick learner.

santa rosa is a long haul to san jose bro. you sure youd be able to deal with the commute? and for learning experience we learn so many different flavors of linux/windows/vmware that you would be in learning heaven.lol

it is kinda entry level.. you will first learn the basics of installing/racking switches and severs. connecting to Remote infrastructure like kvms/terminal servers. then being introduced to server configs and troubleshooting installing os'

what is your current experience in a lab enviro

For Sale / Re: Quantum smoke reel 50% off
« on: August 27, 2014, 11:53:53 AM »
i have the smoke 151. it casts well when it was working properly. the cast control knob has a small wire portion that controls the clicking sound on it. well mine fell off and now does not cast so well anymore. i just need to get a new part. but prior to that happening it is a solid reel. easy casting and super light back when i first got it compared to my revos. one thing it is difficult to open the side plate and i would not open it on the water.
