I haven't fished the Delta before so any help would be appreciated. I was told that Big Break would be good for some top water and frog action. So if any of you Delta Pros wouldn't mind a newbie tag along name the place and time and I will be there.
Thanks, Carl

Good luck out there.  I'll be sure not to go that day to keep my skunkiness off the water and give you a chance.  I have been getting skunked out there.  Hopefully you can hook up with some experience.  Xsquid and Hobieblue have the delta figured out pretty good.

Don't be thrown off by me getting skunked at big break.  I have heard it is an awesome place and have seen Hobieblue pull a monster out of there.  Good luck (I mean it).  I have just been having some terrible luck.  Either that or I need to find a new hobby.

Carl,

I'll be heading out this weekend.  Not sure where yet.  Probably my usual spot near Lodi.  I amy want to try something else though, perhaps Whiskey Slough early in the morning.  Big Break is a good spot, but I haven't been there lately...

PM me and we'll figure something out.  Topwater means early morning, just before dawn until about 9 or so.

Shifty1 - I would not mind meeting up at BB on Saturday. I used to fish that spot all of the time back when I was fishing tournaments but that was a long time ago. I am more than happy to show you some of the areas that I have pulled fish from.
