Black Point 4-15

Yeah we were out on Friday.  Got out to the pumphouse in an 18 ft aluminum.  Wow. there were plenty of boats, but the wind kicked up and it was harsh out there! .. Cant imagine what it would be like for you guys.  We had to turn around quickly and get out of there.. haha.   made it back to black point.  fished near the tracks and when we were coming in , saw a guy on one of the boat docks land a 50-60 inch dino..   funny thing was his cohorts landed it with a gaff!!!       they quickly ran with it back into thier shack!  I couldnt believe it..    no measuring or anything...  wow.

just past the tracks, there are couple of houses - with docks...that leave their fishing rods and their lines out - unattended. Isn't that illegal?

Yup, that's illegal. I believe in the definition of angling are the words "closely attended".

Maybe someone should call caltips on these punks?

I have, all I can think about is monster fish and it gets my heart beating and I keep finding myself trying to sneak the kayak past my wife and onto the truck I think I need to go get checked out before I loose it.
