It's all good Nate...however, homeboy over there was "assisted" (he took the rod from the kayaker)

...but a while back, there was this Norcal hardcore dude that went "unassisted" and caught a deadly rabid striper while ducking the shotgun shells from duck hunters while sup-ing in a place where no sup has gone before :smt002

Not just a pioneer but also a dare devil...IMO :smt003

Is there a range there?  I don't see any birds in those pics.  Maybe the guys shooting were treating you like golfers treat the golf ball collectors in those little carts at the range.  Putting money on who can hit the guy. 

...and if you were only "picking off" and not "digging out" the BBs, then that's like someone throwing sand at you at the playground.  Hardcore as a three year old.  :smt044
